Where can things go wrong?

As an executive coach, what do I see where things go wrong?


Here are some examples:

1.   You feel overwhelmed by the responsibility of running the business which makes you doubt your own abilities.

2.   As a manager, you are constantly putting out ‘operational fires’ and feel alienated from your own role.

3.   You feel tension in your team or between teams and want to find a solution together to deal with this.

4.   Your role as manager is constantly changing, and the ability to continuously develop yourself is essential. 

5.   You are facing a major reorganisation and feel uncertain about how to adapt your leadership to the new circumstances.
