Where can things go wrong?

As a coach, what do I see where things go wrong?


Here are some examples:

1.   You struggle with time management and prioritisation. Then together, we draw up a plan of action.

2.   You feel insecure in your position as manager or team leader and doubt whether you are in the right place. You want to discover how to become more confident.

3.   You want to learn how to deal with stress and challenges in the workplace. Stress management is key to keeping your energy tank full.

4.   You want to know where your own strengths, weaknesses and pitfalls lie. Only in this way can you support a team in the next phase.

5.    You experience difficulty making decisions and do not communicate them well. You need help to discover where you get stuck and how to tackle this.
