Expertise and experience

XEls grew out of my experience as managing director of TINC, where I supervised a team of 50 employees. For 15 years, we enthusiastically organised language and communication training courses for international companies. As an entrepreneur and manager, it is sometimes a bumpy and challenging road, but absolutely also very inspiring and enriching.

After this successful period, I saw where the real need lies namely the lack of good insight into your own leadership skills. In addition, I often came into contact with expats who then had to adjust to a different leadership story within a new culture.
